марк. коэффициент обращения (запрашивающих) в покупателей* (коэффициент, показывающий, какая часть лиц, обратившихся за дополнительной информацией о товаре или услуге, в итоге совершила покупку; напр., если 100 человек обратилось с запросом о новом товаре, но только 30 из них совершили покупку, то коэффициент превращения запрашивающих в покупателей составляет 30%)
